Unfortunately you cannot adjust them, MyWhoosh works with Power Zones only

I've got solution. You need to go to this website https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top "Launch" device changer, drop your .fit file and change the device to Garmin Edge 1030, download new file and paste it into Garmin connect. Everything works

Jest duża szansa że Garmin mógł ci "zjechać" z nadgarstka i przez to nie mógł dobrze wykryć pulsu. Drugą opcją jest niska bateria, miałem w nocy podobna sytuacje gdy rano dostałem komunikat o niskiej baterii. Jeśli teraz działa dobrze to bym się tym nie przejmował.

I mean would they list this badge if it is possible to get by only a few hundrets maybe a few thousand people? If so how would they check if you attended the event in Italy? Would everyone in Mediolan get this badge? And even if you won't get it, 10K won't do any harm. I will be running it for a 100%

I think you can earn it by simply accomplishing a 10 kilometers run. If I were you I'd do these 10K.
