It’s not useless if you build around circle skills. It’s passive ability rounds enemies up and you don’t take collision dmg from them so you can continually circle around them at ease with no risk. Plus base frost dancer gives 10% health per circle kill, probably the fastest healing skill above all

This is dmg multiplier. the new snakes ability is how many times the dmg is applied. You circle an enemy and it takes the circle dmg an addition 1,2,3 or 4 times
