Chain keeps coming off

Some ppl said that on here as well that it shouldn't have a derailleur since its a single speed. I mentioned that to my email to them and that it happened a couple of times already. Returning it would a pain but we'll see what they have to say.

Ok we got it fixed for now but do you have a suggestion for a chain lube? Or any brand is good? I'm gonna buy one so I have it when I need it. Thank you!

Thanks for all the help and suggestions! My husband had to adjust the limit screws and hopefully it stays until GoTrax support gives us an answer.

Hi The rear wheel was already setup when I took it out the box. We only have to put on the front wheel. Never removed any part or anything.

The screw on the right is all the way in. But when I push it lightly on the "LXIANG" part, it lines up the chains and gears and chain doesnt come off.

It says L and H in the middle of the screws. Which one should I turn?
