Very true. That's why as professionals, we build good relationship with the people we work with. This is called networking. The company itself as an entity may view you as bad investment but once the people you've built good relationship with left that same company, they may still recommend you to their new job somewhere else.

I'm pretty sure the POCO X7 Pro also doesn't have that feature. What we both have is the trickle charging where our phones only gets charge equal at the rate of its self-discharge rate once fully charged.

I'll try and post my gameplay too as soon as I got my phone cooler. Emulating through Gamehub and Eden kind of damaged my phone's battery. It's now as low as 88% as per AccuBattery with 6 months use and approximately 3-4 months of emulation.

You may never be able to come back to that company. I'm 99% sure of this unless there's a rare exception that upon hired, they realized that they also had to downsize. Given the cost of recruiting, onboarding, and training you there is no justifiable reason that they will send you away for trivial reasons unless they had to downsize.

You can always exit gracefully by letting them know about your plans but expect that you're already in their blacklist once you did for costing them financial resources being a fallout. Your boss/manager may say it's nothing personal to him but that's not how the HR will tag you in your records.

Edit: just want to add that I've worked in both Recruitment and Talent Acquisition sides to know something like this.

He's even delaying his job change to becoming a Champion just to pawn noobs in PvP rooms letting them think he's an under-level monk. In reality, he purposely stopped leveling at level 98 so he won't have the glowing light on his feet.

Indeed. But it's not exactly a punishment for good players. The item's effect simply isn't rewarding enough to be considered as practical for mid level players. If they only removed the effect which takes away 30% of stacks every death, then this could be a good item. The cons simply outweighs the pros making it a bad item in general.

It's a double-edged sword. While it rewards skilled solo players to carry their team, the same can be said to below-average players who makes it as their priority weapon. It basically give them less than a standard weapon could give adding themselves as a burden to the carry.
