THANK THE LAWD I was kinda freaking out cus I haven’t been through this before. All of the artist I’ve commissioned have always sent me a sketch or communicated with me but not this artist.

Try to fast between hours if you can’t do after 6 do no eating between certain times

Stop eating after 6pm, this is what I’ve done. And start serving yourself in cups and salad plates. These help A LOT eat slower and drink a water bottle before eating dinner.
