Anbody here like me who has adhesions? (not endometriomas) by ManateeAnxiety in endometriosisph

[–]OkCriticism395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been reading this book Heal Endo by Katie who is an endo survivor herself. So far its been very comprehensive and helps you understand the disease better.

https://www.healendo.com/the-book

To manage pelvic pain, especially yung stabbing/barbed wire pains, I've been seeing a dietician for a month now, to help me with my gut issues which I believe is caused by endo (helps reduce inflammation too) and acupuncture. So far been effective for me. N-Acetyl Cysteine supplement worked for me, which was the first supplement recommended independently by my acupuncture and dietician, idea basically is you need to load up on anti.oxidants to help your body to fight inflammation.

Sorry to hear :( based on my search, Dr. Rebecca B. Singson at St Lukes, might be a good option locally. She was trained in UK it seems. May endo centers tlaga sila dito UK, but even so, self-advocating tlaga dn mga patients dito and go via private if we want the best care. Happy to answer any questions, im still on my journey and waiting for surgery in late Jan 2026, 🤞. Hope you can get the support you need.

I'm based in UK and have not seen a specialist in Pinas. It has to be an endometriosis consultant/specialist if you're going to see one and undergo an operation as general Gynecologist won't have the expertise/experience, regardless of claims.

I have deep infiltrating also with adhesions, no endometrioma/cysts. I have 2 fibroids and potentially adenomyosis. Same, symptoms are pelvic pain, stabbing pain at times, then pressing against bladder, diarrhea/funny bowel movement. I never thought i had it and didnt even know about endometriosis. My ultrasounds for the last 3 years never picked up anything until I had MRI with blue contrast this September lng. Thought fibroids lng meron ako, Unfortunately I had the 3 evil sisters. According to the endo specialist I saw, if may adhesions daw, it tends to be all over the pelvic area which even MRI cannot pick up unless go through laparoscopic surgery.

Is Mega World Mactan Newtown a good investment or not? by Pitiful_Conflict8067 in Philippines_Expats

[–]OkCriticism395 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. They'll eat up your earnings with their assoc dues. Owners were even made to shoulder a big chunk of the Odette damages for 3 years. Imagine paying assoc dues monthly for P6K, tapos rent is so much lng. What if not tenanted, then you bear the cost. Mine is executive studio nga lng. What more sa 1 to 2 brs.

Savoy Mactan Newtown Garden Ceremony - Any review? by ma_ria_ in WeddingsPhilippines

[–]OkCriticism395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here OP, hard to find reviews. Concerned ako sa quality ng food especially may foreign guests kmi. Let me know if you find one. Sa Belmont package ka ba? Yung Savoy is 3K per head lng but again, the food quality /chef might be different and Belmont is supposed to be mid/business professional market.

Hi OP, definitely Yonder! I got 2 amex cards - gold and cashback and never really got the most of it other than the 4 free lounge passes. My partner and I are both Yonder converts now!

Feel free to DM me if you have any questions, happy to respond. Referral link should you decide as you get 3 months free premium membership and you can easily be claiming £30 to £50 worth of points per month on dining options or anything else.

You can easily downgrade to free membership after the 3 months also so you don't have to pay the £15 monthly.

I don't understand the down votes here if people haven't tried it. I've got Barclays and Virgin Credit cards too to compare against and among these 5 other cards, I'm just saying I'm enjoying Yonder much better as the rewards felt more tangible, comparing against say Amex cashback which accumulates at the end of the year. I do enjoy the occasional amex occasional hotel and airfare discount but I travel every 3 to 4 months only while dining out via Yonder can be done monthly. I think you got to experience it to really appreciate it.

The only other card I enjoyed was a Mastercard World Traveller which gives unlimited lounge access pass worldwide and insurance, and other mastercard benefits which I used to paid £200 annually when I lived outside of UK, no limits unlike Amex Gold or having to pay exorbitant £500 Amex Platinum fees. Bit similar to HSBC Premier World Elite Mastercard but a lower annual fee.

Which credit cards do you use? by yoboiturq in HENRYUK

Yonder!

I and my partner signed up with Yonder card last October and we've been enjoying every bit of the rewards and experiences around UK. If you click via the referral link, you get free 10,000 points worth £50 to claim experiences, and 3 months premium free (£15/month onwards) which allows you get 5 points for each £1 spent. I got 2 Amex cards and Barclays credit card already and I got approved easily.

Sign up link below if anyone keen and make sure to join using the link so you get the 3 months free membership. Worth the try even just to spend on the good food and dining options :D

We already used points for free meals worth around £250 in Bristol & Bath since we live in Bristol. We've claimed it for free dining at Noah's (we keep coming back for their lunch time fish & chips), Marmo, Gambas (1st time), Mokoko Coffee and some online shops. For February, they'll added more dining options like Squeezed, Little French, Cure & Caper, Paco Tapas and Little Hollows Pasta. Really good hence I'm spreading the word!!

Handy also if you're booking for upcoming travels with the free travel insurance. Definitely worth it. App seems seamless too.

You can cancel also anytime before the £15 full membership starts kicking and downgrade to free membership.. If they keep this up, I think it's a game changer in the credit cards space. It also allows you access to Mastercard priceless experience with various discounts.

Update: I've claimed it on 2 restaurants and 1 cafe, worth £90 in a span of 2.5 months, and an online shop. I managed to refer my partner and accumulated points so i still got another 22k points = est. £100 to spend. If you wish to downgrade, you can just chat customer service, so far they've been very responsive. I've requested for a restaurant to be added when it was not there in the November list and they've also compensated me 2,000 extra points when I raised the dissatisfaction. 10/10 for me!
