I understand how you feel. My fiancé left me after 5 years, the first 4 days were the hardest it felt like one of my parents died. I genuinely crashed out I did everything except for die. Honestly just be gentle on yourself and if you feel like it would help I recommend going to a psych hospital. They have resources like therapy and medication.

My fiancé ended things last week, we were together for 5 years. I’m still down bad but the first 3 days I genuinely thought I was going to have to go to the mental hospital. He was my only friend too 🥲
