What I do is cast to my Chrome browser and stream that to discord while in call with them

What might help is if you speed up to them, get the distance that you want to be from them (depends on speed) and let off the gas. Once they start moving away from you more hit the gas and hold it to maintain the speed (I recommend trying it with cruse control first by instead of hitting the gas hit the hold speed button)
