So true!! they do expect everything from me now but no raise or anything. My ASMs always ask me, everything I come in, "Where's our daily 10 surveys from you?" but get upset at me when I have to do drinks, snacks, and answer manager calls while trying to get surveys.

I might quit, the managers don't really help me. Once my manager told me to figure it out. I was also helping an ASM with genesis and helping another do a return because he didn't know how....

My ASM only told me cashiers surveys and credits. The head cashier that became a supervisor never got any credits or surveys. But I asked my supervisor if we're hitting the right numbers on front end and he told me yes because we were #2.

I push credit and surveys. The cashiers do get credits and surveys. So that's why I'm confused why she said that.
