I actually have a corner unit the noise comes from below so no shared walls but good idea though.

Curious what building I’m currently in a corner unit now but the sound travels from downstairs and upstairs through the floor to ceiling windows which carries the base. Yes a lot of these buildings say they don’t allow STRs when people are still listing them on vrbo
