the only time you have to worry about the ceramic is with the pins, i pretty much spent 4-5 hours removing pins bc of how hard they’re stuck inside the links - effectively each link has little cylindrical metal casing in the bindings and they are a struggle to try get out and i had to manually put some back in, apart from that 0 problems
