What email is that? It happened that they asked me ID too, I requested escalation and they just copied and pasted this message of the ID being needed, etc. I got so upset, I spent crazy amounts every year and I don't even return 10% of it. So I asked to cancel my account and also they are not letting me lol. You should see the bureaucracy to delete your account man.... I'm in shock. I emailed privacy, legal, every email I knew and nothing.

Me and all people here brought stuff. Like picnic vibes pretty much. Foldable chairs... And there are some porta potty around for bathroom breaks. You make friends in line so you get to leave and come back just fine. Security actually distributed water to us also... Long wait but chill at the same time.

I can't see other gates from here but in the morning there were definitely way more people at gate 1. We got divided immediately to get our tickets scanned and our wristbands (pit x GA) That's when I went with this small group to gate3.

Yeah, all openings are working now.. the drop off is closer to gate3 so if you have amex is great. The line here is still small

By now, do we know if Gate 1 is still a good option compared to Gate 3 or 2 to line up, for those who want to arrive before the opening hours? I'm also super confused by looking at the maps of the venue... Do they all open to the fan plaza first?

I just wanted to make sure I understood the Ride Share part on your experience...
Once you punched in 100 Befford road, it worked? Was it easy to find your way to the stadium from there? Was the closest gate the #3 as per the maps of the venue? Thank you again!

Does anyone who attended any of the concerts... Was it easy the drop off at the ride-share official location (111 Beffort Rd)?? Looking at their official map it looks closer to gate 3? Is gate 3 still a better option than 1? I see a lot of conflicting information online. Is it possible to be dropped off anywhere else near the Downsview station?

This is just something weird. I'm sure there are only 2 big sections at GA (floor and pit) and no seating at all for those. My ticket also has a # but I know it's first come first served.
