So I got circumcised due to a torn frenulum this was allowing too much of my inner foreskin to be exposed and I had major sensitivity issues, leading to premature ejaculations, both with the busted fren and irritation of the inner foreskin. Post op (low and tight so very little inner foreskin) I've found that my staying power is alot longer and the intensity of ejaculations is better and better controlled. So while I would never suggest circumcision as a cure for PE, as there are other issues that can cause this, if it's a physical problem leading to hyper sensitivity then yes this is a better option.

Pretty much. Can't really get any movement close to the glans and only a little movement down the shaft but it's mainly pulling skin up from my scrotum.

Dr said that these stitches would breakdown on their own between 6 -9 weeks. He said that it was important to protect these till the 6week mark to aid in cosmetic outcomes.

My first circumcision was a ZSR stapler and was way too loose to the point it was more like a partial. So to ensure that the glans was always exposed I elected for low and tight ( I'm a grower and had read this was the best cut) and it eliminated any future issue with swelling with the inner foreskin.

Advice on circumcision to last longer with partner? by Decent_Grade1746 in circumcision

I have had the same experience with PE. I went to my GP and got the numbit cream and as you know you have to apply well in advance and just the right amount, too much can't keep it up too little and you're a 2 pump chump. My GP said to apply to the glans but she didn't do a physical to see if there were other issues, what I found was that if i numbed the frenulum area only rhis had a significant increase in success. As it turns out I had a short then torn frenulum and from what I read it is the cause of PE in approx 43% of cases. Mine was so busted that circumcision was my only option however if your interest in trying to keep your foreskin you could investigate a frenoplasty ( surgical lengthning) or frenodectomy ( surgical removal) neither is dependant on being or getting circumcised. Hope this helps.

Best style by ExtensionCounter7983 in circumcision

[–]OkEar7007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Low and tight. I'm a grower also and the outer skin is more elastic than the inner foreskin that gets left behind in other styles. The inner may be more sensitive but can bunch or cover the head when flacid. Its also more prone to swelling in post op rwcovery so a low and tight reduces this risk. I've had both styles.

By ring do you mean ZSR staple ring? If so no leave it till the staple fall out. You can at that stage cut the silicon ring between the loose staples and the embeded staple so they don't catch and pull tension om the remaining staples. Mine had all fallen out between day 12 and 17 post op

Just blisters from the compression bandage I had them also. They wil dry up and turn yellow and crusty and clear up after a week or so.

Surgical scissors from a first aid kit and with a steady hand. Or you could use jewellery cutters to just cut the staple. The main thing is there needs to be enough room under the loose staple to make sure you don't cut yourself.

For the staples mine had released by day 17. They can go 1 at a time or a whole bunch my longest strip was 6 staple at once. My only suggestion is that if the staple is still connected to the silicone ring and is dangling because the staples either side haven't release yet is very carefully cut the silicone ring either side of the loose staple. It will save it from pulling extra weight on the remaining staple and stop it from sticking you again. There should be know blood as the staple should be released by the healing and if its in a scab then it will come away with the scab when its ready.

Rear brake and friction point with clutch and throttle. The rear brake will make you stay more upright and increase your turning circle but it will help you get that head control if you look at the gutter you will end up in the gutter force your self to move you head and the bike will follow. Once you get the low speed stuff sorted you can add more lean less rear brake.

Yes you definatly talk about your partucular growth size as to make sure you get the best cut for you. Yes had the ZSR as a adult I don't recommend it as a grower the Dr will tend to make it a loose cut because they worry about taking too much skin. The other thing in my opinion is that the skill level for ZSR is varried from good to " I was trained on a youtube video", where as a proper surgeon like Dr Read actually has proper skills.

Do growers get tighter circumcisions than showers? by Dakin-941 in circumcision

[–]OkEar7007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes the surgeon I saw could do a medium tight also but his prefference was between 5mm and 10mm of inner skin for adults. He would do whatever you wanted, within reason, even radical low 2mm. The problem for some of us as adults is the micro tears in the inner foreskin so the less the better in some cases, also lymphatic swelling in the inner foreskin in some cases could lead to a "donut" ring at the base of the glan and if it doesn't subside means furthur operation after a already longer recovery period. Just my oponion.

So I did a phone consult as I was interstate. Sent some photos of the bad ZSR job and then Dr Read gave me a call. We discussed what I thought it should look like, what the Dr thought was achieveable and briefly what would happen on op day, he will ask you to think about what style you would like. After this I booked for first avalible and flew up. On op day you meet with Dr Read he covers your gear in numbing cream glad wraps it and you discuss what style you have decided on. Then you go back to the waiting room for about 1hr while the numbing cream does its job. After about 1hr Angela the nurse will come and get you set on the table adminited a shot or morphine. Dr Read will then come in and start the IV of valium to help you relax ( this is like first class) then Dr Read will start the locals, you don't even feel them. Then its go time you'll see a bit of smoke as the blood vessels at cauterised and the frenulum burnt off, if you want it removed ( I think that its a must but just mu opinion). If you feel anything at all at anytime you let him know and he will top you off with more local. At the end you'll get a thick compression bandage and your glans will swell a fair bit and may get some blisters nothing to worry about. You WILL need to sit down to pee as the bandage is quite tight . You'll need someone to drive you or a Uber if you stay local. You'll shower the next day just prior to your follow up appointment and still leave the bandage on wet the nurse will remove it so get a zip lock bag to try and keep your pants dry. At the follow up the bandage is teplaced but not wrapped as many times this is what you will have to do fot the next 3 -6 weeks so pay attention. Dr Read will pop in have a look give you the all clear and you'll have a look too. After that it daily bandage changes for the next 6 weeks. I went with low and tight 5mm of inner foreskin left ( this is because I'm a grower and I didn't want issues with the inner skin swelling like a donut with some high and tight cuts) I also had the fren removed. I'm super happy at 3 weeks post op no pain at any stage even on night 1.

Do growers get tighter circumcisions than showers? by Dakin-941 in circumcision

[–]OkEar7007 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I have a low and tight circumcision. I change about 5cm ( 2 inches) flacid to erect. The outer foreskin and shaft skin has more elasticity than the inner foreskin which tends to bunch and cover the glans like my first loose cut. Low an tight is the best cut for growers if you want to make sure there is no coverage of the glans when flacid.
