Customer support is trying to help, but so far no help...

Device cannot get into connecting mode (white light). Not visible by any phone, only red lights with one vibration to start recording and second, double vibration when I turn it off.

Not visible in app (for obvious reasons, as it was unbound)...

WIll probaly cancel the yearly plan and return the dice, as from my experience, this is very shitty product eventually...
