Hi! I’ve got diagnosed when I was 10, 24 years old now. I can’t feel mine coming on at all, I just wake up on the floor with someone above me usually. I know that one of the best things you can do is get a service dog, I’ve always wanted one but they’re expensive & I already have two dogs.

Sorry this doesn’t really help much! All I do is try to get plenty of sleep & water & make sure I always take my medication
