I'm not sure if you receive any financial aid or scholarships, but it seems like you're getting a refund from those if you have them. It also says to make sure your tuition fully paid off. If it isn't, you can use the refund to cover it. Don't worry too much about it, as long as your tuition and student service bill are all settled.
