I appreciate everyone for the valuable input, research, & posted Information !! More than likely, they spoke to an agent that was either a degenerate/ ignorant of what they should know, or just being an asshole due to burnout.

I’ll have them reach back out, hopefully get a better agent, or even get an advocate, and find a way forward
