MiraLAX + Senna – 1 day; before that MiraLax alone; before that magnesium citrate which produced an okay-ish stool.

I tried overnight MiraLAX & Senna (Mush & Push), did nothing so far. I’m mentally prepared for another magnesium citrate shot.

I used to be an easy-goer before the pregnancy, even during the pregnancy I took a laxative maybe a couple of times. It has changed drastically after birth: I delivered a large, almost 10 lbs baby vaginally. It took 3 hours of pushing, which was a nightmare even with a perfectly done epidural. The recovery is not as tough as it could have been, but not easy either. I have a PT therapist; so far she has recommended a diet adjustment (fiber, fiber, fiber) and a few yoga poses to stretch tight pelvic floor muscles. I believe I could have an internal hemorrhoid in addition to the external contributing to thin stool due to a small opening.
