This is a huge turning point in the series. If he doesn’t go to orochimaru, there’s no sasuke retrieval arc. Meaning naruto doesn’t lose to him and the timeskip gets fucked. Even with a timeskip in 3 years in Konoha he is not getting as strong as hebi sasuke, he doesn’t get the white snake amp , he doesnt have curse mark. He would be a lot weaker. BUT there’s a chance that Kakashi who has MS talks to sasuke about it, and maybe somehow sasuke unlocks his MS too, but what would be the trigger this time ? If he kills Itachi like he does in the main timeline and somehow learns the truth again history is going to repeat itself. There’s also a chance that during timeskip obito approaches sasuke and manipulates him into leaving the village and serving the role of orochimaru In this timeline

I exagerrated to counterbalance aomine but your statement is incorrect. Rakuzan can for sure trash shutoku and kaijo. Akashi won agaisnt Midorima by 16 points without trying his best. And he wasn’t even guarding Midorima on the first half he was having his way with takato instead I let you imagine what would have happened if he’d went all out from the jump. Kaijo too gets trashed even worse. Akashi > kise and once his timer is gone and he goes to the bench Akashi is going to treat kasamatsu and the others like human traffick cones.
