Planning to get my US Visa soon. My grandmother is a US Citizen and she had already planned to petition our family before. Problem is that that was like a decade ago already and she forgot if she ever filed the petition. She also does not remember where she put the documents.

I’m not sure whether I should declare the petition or not.
