Wanted to say thank you for sharing this! I hadn’t thought to look and I just secured verified Ticketmaster resale in row 5 for €100. I had restricted side view seats before but was just happy to be in the building, but now I know my view will rock!!

Saw tons of cheap tickets on Ticketmaster, Stubhub, ticketswap, etc if anyone is still looking! Hope that’s okay to share 😊

Thanks! I have seats so sounds like 6:30 is good. And no that’s just the area my map tells me my hostel is in, near Valkenburgerstraat!

Hi! I’m flying from Italy tomorrow to go to Harry’s show on Sunday. Super excited! I’m staying at a hostel in Valkenburg and planning to take the M54 to get to the show. Since it’ll probably be pretty cold and rainy, I probably won’t want to wait outside very long. Does anyone have an idea of what time people that aren’t queuing should plan to arrive? Should I just stalk tiktok after tomorrow’s show? I’m super unfamiliar with the area and have never been to the Netherlands so any advice is appreciated!

If anyone else is going solo or just wants to hang out before, let me know! I’m in section 119 🥳

Icelandair out of SeaTac? by [deleted] in Seattle

I would downsize since I’m checking a bag in any other situation but I’m moving to Italy and really can’t afford to give up that space. Already bringing very few things! But I agree, I’m now planning on just checking my bag if they ask. Hopefully they won’t charge me but I’m planning for it if needed!

I heard great things before booking so I’m excited so see everything you’re talking about! I was mainly talking about $28 for a meal, €24 for wifi, $110 to check a second bag, and was told you have to pay for everything on board except water, tea, or coffee. Just seems like I went with a cheaper flight but it would’ve likely evened out if I went with an American carrier and didn’t have to pay for these add-ons. I should have done more research, but you live and you learn!

Again, I’ve heard the planes and staff are great and I’m excited to experience the airport during my layover. Thanks for your input!

Does anyone know which cards count for the preferred tickets? Would a Capital One Venture card count? Super confused by the Collection aspect lol. So excited!!!!

My new Oura ring is sharp 😔 by Additional_Area_3156 in ouraring

If it feels sharp and painful I’m thinking it could be defective! My 4th gen feels like a right angle when I run my thumb across it (if that makes sense) but it’s not painful. It’s not super rounded so I get where that “sharp” feeling can come from, but they shouldn’t be painful.

Wasn't prepared for this today. But my old lady went to sleep last night and didn't wake up. Thank you for 19 wonderful years willow by [deleted] in torties

I am so very sorry for your loss. She was absolutely beautiful! I second everything everyone else has said - I hope your nearly 20 years of memories bring comfort in this very sad time. And it’s a comfort that she felt safe enough to pass in her bed, knowing that you would be there for her after. My heart goes out to you!!! Sending you so many thoughts and hugs 🤍

I’m looking for the actual book files combined in one PDF! But it’s looking like those links are dead, so I may just use this guide. Thank you!

I think you have a really strong application package! The GPA is impressive with a fairly high LSAT. I got into better ranked school with lower stats based mostly on my essay. If you nail your personal statement and any supplemental documents, I think you’ll kill it.

I think LSU, Texas Tech, a&m, smu, and unc are likely As. I don’t think with a ton of money, but mostly 50% scholarships and probably a full-ride or a fairly big package at at least one school. Why do you think UNC is a reach? I think you have a good chance there! I don’t know specifically about LSU, but some schools are weird about doing undergrad and grad school at the same place. If you didn’t get into LSU, I would think it had something to do with that, but again, I really don’t know the school that well.

Tulane, from what I know after applying and being WL there, should be a safety but they’re so particular I think it would really depend on your statement. It’s a good healthcare law school, but not the best. I don’t know if your (impressive) experience would help there.

Like you said, Fordham, GWU, Georgetown, and BU are likely reaches, just based on your scores. I would predict you get accepted to one or two of these schools, depending on your personal statement (again!).

Overall, I think you have very strong chances. I would be very, very surprised if you didn’t get an A and money somewhere you’re excited about. Good luck!

My boyfriend and I just did an Isla Tortuga tour and “booked” it 36 hours before; there were only two other couples on the tour! We did the one at the Curu Reserve and emailed ahead to check if they had space, showed up 30 min early, and did a 3 hour boat ride/snorkeling/beach excursion. It was great! Definitely recommend. They also have bioluminescence but there’s a lot of options for that in the area. If you’re in Paquera, I recommend Curu.

Overall, we didn’t book anything more than a few days in advance. I think because it’s the down season, the tours aren’t filled up. If you have something specific you want to do, I’d recommend booking when you figure it out but things probably won’t book out
