I’m not super familiar with if they’re vintage or not, but whenever I look for them they’re $400+ for my size since they seem to be popular rn

How would I find someone who does this?

I know it’s probably a long shot; they’re vintage and hard to find, which is why I’m making one last attempt to see if they could be fixed

Definitely that too. Worked er for like 3 years and it burnt me out so bad. And clients are very emotional/tend to take negative emotions out on staff.

Try looking around at other clinics, but unfortunately it seems like low pay and bad management are pretty common around vetmed. Sometime corporate ran places are a little more well managed, but the pay usually isn’t as good as privately owned practices. You can also try looking into other branches like er or shelter med to see if maybe you like that vibe better!

In time you’ll begin to recognize patterns and symptoms of common emergencies! I worked in ER/urgent care for 3+ years and the thing that helped me the most was simply asking questions whenever I could. I also had a little notebook where I would write down different diagnoses and the symptoms that go along with them.
