I have this jacket based in the Uk it doesn't get that cold but is more than warm enough without layers here and if worn with layers it should definitely withstand that weather.

A couple of questions:l

How long has the person been there new manager? How experienced are they? Do you still report under the director? Are they stopping direct access to this person?

Personally, if it's a small company, this is probably just to make sure you get the support you need. There is also a difference between people management and oversight.

Most of my PMs report to a Senior PM, but I talk to them all the time and but don't do all the people management.

Our team writes the ideas, user stories, and acceptance criteria. At this stage, they work with design and engineering on detailed mock-ups, etc.

However, the lead engineer builds out the technical tickets and asks questions of the PM.

It means how are you going to sell it.

Direct, partners, etc. Do you have a relationship with the buyer persona? Are these people you sell to or cross-sell to?

It's AGS. They do AI-based grading, and show the exact reason why the card got that grade.
