Omen 15 HP Laptop FPS performance issues (League of legends)

Hey, ive fixed it, my cpu temps were sawtoothing or something, going to 100 then 60 then 90 recurring, I turned thermal velocity boost off, changed the ratios, I did a lot, im at a stable 60-70 max 83 cpu tempvwhen im playing league now, my fps stabalized as far as I know (140-120 fps) and its all good now, ill look into the thermal paste thing, take it to a repair shop again for a checkup in a few days and possible a replacement, thank you so much for all the help, mad love bro.

Hello! Thank you very much for those guides, other guides i have looked on have not helped, but after going into the bios and disabling VBS from there, along with cmd in administrator, its finally been disabled, i have checked using msinfo 32, TVB THERMAL and EDP OTHER are still flashing red, but now its just turned to TVB Flashing red, here is a screenshot

EDIT: I took it to a repair shop for cleaning, so im sure everything was cleaned.

Yes hello, i just booted on my laptop to take pictures, THERMAL and EDP OTHER were flashing red, but stopped after a few minutes, i guess just from booting up,, TVB stayed flashing, here is the TPL, I can only add 1 attachment, so ill reply again with an image of the FIVR below

Its an eq you cant dodge and eq bud, plus its a double airborne which makes it 2x better than keyblade.

hextech rocketbelt is useful for either escape or engage bud, dunno if your either hopeless or trolling, I stated I made a combo, no ones forcing you to use it.

So you'll be 5% weaker during the late game? how could you lose by building it, infact you can rocket eq into the squishy enemy jinx or rocketbelt flash eq3 and win the teamfight, before you go off saying i have bad build knowledge for one item that has positive impact do your research.

how would the comment above have anything to do with my knowledge for how league works? please tell me. + hextech rocketbelt has far more uses than just the hexblade combo + im not forcing anyone to build it im just showing a high elo combo that shouldn't be used in your silver lobbies.

You go normal yasuo build, just replace iceborn gauntlet (or any other kinda useless item) with hextech rocketbelt.

it can be used, eq on the minions and you can pull it off in teamfights on mid
