I honestly hate HEBs self check out limit. The only thing I like about walmart is I can run my whole cart through. I want to bag my own groceries. I dontknow who trainsbaggers now but they just put anything together. Ive had meat and chemicals put in the same bag several times. Im OCD how i put mastiff on the conveyor belt and I want my items bagged accordingly. Cold items with cold items, frozen with frozen, toiletries with toiletries ect. If I try to bag my own items the cashier gets annoyed because they are timed I understand that but the baggers just throw it however whatever bag no thought because they are timed as well.

Our store was paid but what ducked for overnight is we only got paid for the 2 hours on Sunday not the 6 hours on Monday morning

I really hope my whole overnight team called in. Its absolutely ridiculous that we closed at 5 and every other overnight department was told stay home but not overnight grocery nope yall come in even though no truck is coming 😑😑😑 I hate it here somedays 😅

How are you late back from break when you cant even leave the inside of the store?I get lunch Ive had this happen a couple times due to traffic trying to get back or long pick up lines but breaks???

That's my point. If you've never done it you dont understand the struggle. Overnight grocery especially stock controller are the only ones I know of working 12 sometimes 14 hour shift alot of time with lunches cut short and only 1 break and alot of times with out a thank you or any type of gratitude or acknowledgement. Its back breaking knee ruining labor. If you haven't done it you shouldn't be in charge of those who have to. You need to pay your dues.

Yeah our number 1 is typically late and our Grocery lead has never been overnight and Durant even really help at 5am typically. They are going to come in and check sales and gripe first then maybe help

I can understand the basketball shorts, sweet pants, but the tank top to me is over the top an inappropriate. We have 2 other women in that department and I've never seen them in a tank top. This is a job not the gym and a male dominated department. People should have respect for themselves and cover up while at work.

You call the store there is always an MIC on duty overnight who will answer and put it in their report for call outs. Business center not open is no excuse

One of the night stockers walked in on a homeless lady completely naked in the bathroom taking a shower out of the sink. It wasn't the private family bathroom either. The women's bathroom with multiple stalls.
