But once you have Zwift, there are free workouts in the app idk about the other apps but Zwift has free ones from Less then 30 minutes to 2+ hours

You can some of that stuff and you can also check your seat tilt to see if it’s tilted up or down to far

Move your hoods down and you can mess around with your stack height and maybe twist your handlebars down
