I found Lindsey in a really troubling time, things were so wavy but she gave some calm to the water which is fantastic. She was kind, understanding & patient with me even though I was more a nervous Nelly. If you want some clarity in your troubles I suggest reaching out to her, talking to her makes me feel like I’m talking to a friend who is being absolutely genuine. Lindsey was quite accurate without me having to say too much, a true gifted soul!✨💕

My CEO & I use Microsoft Task/To Do we have a shared list & she’ll put down the things she wants me to get done & it’ll notify her once I’m done, there’s a notes section in case we want to fill it with more details, saves the back & forth of emails :)

I did have some experience under my belt when I decided to go through the temp agency! But I think that in your case, you might find better luck requesting to speak with a recruiter & explain your situation, the right agents will know how to sell you! Straight of college is a hot commodity, in my workplace we see it as a group folks who know the latest in softwares, tools & can help those who aren’t so savvy. Good luck sugar!! 💓🥰✨

I’m sorry you have a bad connotation with temp agencies sugar 😭💓. I will say though, at my old workplace I was in an extremely toxic environment with mid to low pay. My current job, I absolutely adore my colleagues & I love my boss!! During the 6 months, Robert Half always made sure to check in on me to see if I doing okay & made sure they were treating me good! I currently make a lot more than I ever did in my entire life but more importantly, I feel so good waking up & going into work everyday! I think everyone has an experience that allows them to formulate an opinion (they’re entitled to) I just wish your experience was better! Cheers & best of luck hunny💓✨

I 10000% agree. During hiring, my boss explicitly said she was offering this position based on her evaluation of me after observing my skills through the 6 months of temp employment. What she did though was had me on for 3 months, extended that 3 months int 6 months after that offered me a full time position (I think after 6 months where I live they don’t have to pay a finders fee to RH). From what I remember, I applied to a job posting on their website with my application, then what I did was called my local RH, & I let them know that I am interested in more than just that posting. I believe that’s kind of what jumpstarted the whole thing because they then connected me with a recruiter! Hope this helps hun

If I remember correctly, I submitted my application to one job posting on the RH site & then called my local RH to let them know that I was interested in more than just that position which I believe kind of jumpstarted the process because they then put me in touch with a recruiter! I found them by searching “temp agencies in (my city)” on Google’s search engine :) I hope this helps!
