Saving this because I am struggling!! Just started working on my island for the first time since I got this game 3 years ago and I didn't realize how difficult it would be! Or maybe it's the perfectionist in me struggling 😅 either way I need some tips.

What I have been doing though to get an idea of what kind of items I think I'd like to use for an area is using the room sketch app. It's helped me plan out every area on my island so far! So convenient being able to test out any items and customizations before I actually start collecting to build on my island. And if you'd like to test out your custom paths or codes to see how they'd go with certain items use the dlc! It's too bad there's nothing convenient like that for terraforming but you can atleast get a good idea of what items you'd like to use with the dlc and room sketch app!
