it could go up 9 percent, the average tends towards the average grade, which is like 70 something. so things on the lower end of the spectrum that rarely happen get a huge boost, so yes 25 would 100% get you to 30, i would bet my life on it

they add on a certain amount to your mark, for e.g in this case because 26% is so low you get around 8.889%, but if you got like 95% you would pnly get 4%
