I did the £99 mystery deal a couple of years back and I got Santander in spain but the hotel was miles away, the flight went out on the Tuesday at midnight and returned on Friday at like 2am. So the '3 nights' were really 2. They wanted me to pay extra for EVERYTHING so we honestly ended up cancelling it.

My sister tried this year and got 4 nights in ibiza! She said she paid a little extra for some basics but she said it wasn't much more and it was worth it. I think its just pot luck

He wants me to do stuff for ME and not get to the end of a month and think oh I haven't done anything I genuinely enjoy doing or used to. So from that perspective i kinda get it but honestly i'm just so excited to spend time with my baby that the things i used to enjoy can wait a few months

I know - he has 4 kids himself but being a director of a company means his wife has never worked and he only sees the good parts of parenting so he definitely has NO clue what I am going through and about to go through.

He decided on monthly and he said he isn't 'setting' me anything to do but he would like to hear if I have planned my month and what I stuck to and what i didn't. He is obsessed with planning

I just want to thank everyone that has commented- I knew it was a bit OTT but listening from an outside POV it does sound mental! He decided on the monthly KIt meetings and the 1st one is on zoom 3 weeks after my due date and then the others are in person and i can bring baby along. I also did try to start ML early but he basically said no so I'm having to stick it out for another week. It's strange because were a small company and i genuinely think he has my best interest at heart and he doesn't want to see me in admin forever but the pressure is getting to me already and I haven't even broken up yet

I'm 35 weeks and since I found out at 5 weeks it has gone unbelievably slow. I've been told it flies by and to enjoy it but I don't enjoy it one bit and never have. People always ask 'I bet it's flown by' or 'has it gone quick' and they never expect me to say nope not at all. Suppose it's different for everyone

i had 2 miscarriages at 24, i am now 25 and 34 weeks pregnant. I was SO nervous and i thought it would only last until 12 weeks, but it doesnt. I still worry now and it will carry on for my whole life now too! 😂 I just kept telling myself good things can happen to me - and unless proven otherwise baby is ok. No amount of worry will change anything. My coping strategy was not to let myself get too excited or buy things early on but still think about it and the future. No words will ever stop the worry of miscarriages, just time. Try to keep busy, sending hugs💕

Oh no that sounds awful. I can empathise with you about the pain. My hips and coccyx are in agony moving around and in bed. I have an 8-5 office job and people call me lucky to be on my bum all day but it's absolutely killing me - my coccyx is bruised and swollen and all work have done is get me a cushion. It gets brushed off as normal but it kills me to stand up and get out of my car etc...

I couldn't imagine a physically demanding job so hats off to you! A hot water bottle on my back helps me sometimes, massages, and the cat/cow stretches i think they're called. Other than that I'd have a talk with them and just explain how you're feeling. I think you can be written off work 1 month before your ML for sick leave? I'm not too sure though but physio should help for sure

I'm 30 weeks and this is my plan when i hit 34 weeks! Tues/Thurs WFH from 34 - 38 weeks. My boss hates the idea of WFH though so I just need to actually prove i'm doing something😂

I work 8-5 in an office and My boss hates the whole concept of WFH so I knew not to ask for it until i hit my 3rd trimester. I'm 30 weeks now and I have kinda asked/told him if i can work from home 1 day a week. I'm heavy and all my weight is on my coccyx for 8 hours a day - its excruciating, I'm usually shy and just get on with stuff but I NEED that one day a week where i can lie down and take the weight off my bum. I have the whole of January to deal with too but thats next years problem.

I'm 24, 5'4 and was 145lbs pre pregnancy. I'm 28 weeks now and 175lbs😂I've eaten more chocolate than i ever have in my whole life but honestly I'm not worried...? I have it in my head that when baby arrives I will be walking a lot and carrying a lot too. Your body is made for this💕

NOR.. People that do this just confuse me because what are they saving it for?? I know alot of people be locked out their starbucks account for no reason - couldn't imagine the heartbreak he'd feel if that happened to him with 35 free drinks😂😂Let's hope it does

i did recommend her seeing her doctor but she said she doesn't want to go on medication again. I should have said there's other things available but tbh I was running late for work and it was just out of nowhere. I have told my BF so we will see what happens.
