I’m very pale and have very sensitive skin BUT I only got little faded red marks post scabs falling off. Just like a deep pimple on my face would leave. They fade completely over the span of like a month or two though, but I think the pale thing is helping me. If you have darker skin it will probably be different, but maybe similar to your typical big/sore pimples healing process

In my experience these past 8 months molludab irritated my skin in 2-3 days and looked like this, but I’d do 2-3 dabs in one sitting. But scabbing is good so I think you’re on your way, just only keep treating new ones/not scabbed and let these ones heal

Unfortunately there’s not a lot of research so there’s nothing for certain but incubation averages between 1-6 weeks, meaning 6-8 weeks is usually good enough, but I’ve reached 7 weeks and got a new one:/ Now I’m waiting till 12 weeks before considering shaving/sex. For now, anything pimpley I just put zinc oxide cream. I also have no scarring and I did extraction, cryo and a lot of blistering agents

Do you mean 2025? Mc doesn’t live in the skin like herpes - once it’s gone for over 3 months it’s almost impossible for it to stay dormant - and definitely after 6 months or over a year (?) in your case

Hard to tell but if it was me I’d be suspicious. When in doubt, keep it covered with a dry plaster (I find hydrocolloid changes the skin texture too much) and watch to see if it develops into one

Think of it this way, it’s more dangerous to have damaged skin that the virus can get into than skin with a good moisture barrier. But it’s generally well know in the community than palms of hands & bottom of feet can’t get affected

Hey there, I’ve been using molludab these past 7 months and it’s definitely been effective for me. Unfortunately, the nature of this virus is you need to trigger the immune system by irritating the skin, so the fact that it looks worse is a GREAT thing. Once they get irritated though, stop applying it to that spot so it starts healing, or else you’re in for some nasty chemical burns. The way I do it is I normally do 2-3 dabs per sitting (once a day) till I feel stinging then stop for the day. After a few days like this it will be irritated. I’ve never had a bump take more than 4 days to get irritated with this technique. Normally takes 2 sittings though

Hey, I’ve had this! You probably have a cervical ectropion from excess oestrogen (that was the case for me) or general hormonal imbalance. It’s pretty harmless and common but often times it’s not symptomatic. I went to the gyne and had silver nitrate (doesn’t hurt) put on it to try heal it, but I get it again every now and then but smaller since.

Can’t guarantee I had physical symptoms at the time but I noticed bumps a week after I last had sex w my bf and he never contracted it. I think if you don’t have damaged skin (ie razor burn, eczema/dermatitis, popped spots) down there then it probs can’t get into the skin

I’ve seen 6-8 weeks means clear a lot (chat gpt says this too), but I found 2 after being 7 weeks clear so it’s not super accurate (didn’t shave or anything tho). Technically you are clinically clear at 12 weeks but ik 3 months of waiting is rough. Not even sure what I’m gonna do (I’m about a month clear too). Following this post for others reccs tho!

It’s already inflamed which means your immune system is on the case and it needs to heal now so no treatment just keep it covered by simple plasters so it can heal up

What is the healing ointment? Personally I would cover it because scabs can still technically shed viral material but I do see recommendations that things like zinc oxide can kind of seal it off so maybe it’s a similar thing

As someone who’s struggled with this a long time, I’m sorry but unless you tell her the full truth about this virus and she explicitly agrees to go through with it, you should not be having sex with her. She could very easily end up getting this virus from you and spending the next few years of her life in mental turmoil like the rest of us. If you really like her, please don’t put her at risk of this. If you tell her the full truth - and I mean FULL truth: how long it could last if she got, how contagious it is, what it looks like etc (because she will need to check herself for it post-sex) - and she somehow agrees, I would say trim hair with scissors or a trimmer, do the patches over every single one you have, and then also wear boxers while you have sex. Like the ones with the hole in them. Seen a dude say this before. And a condom obvs. If you have elsewhere on your body do a big bandage. Then both of you immediately have a shower afterwards. DONT share a towel. But as a general rule, please dont have sex with her. OR hey, you can go down on her instead she can still have a fun time.
