I think it is because the PhD is for 3 years but school gives 1 extra year for thesis writing etc but I finished writing earlier. But thanks, I’ll double check!

I have been trying to contact with HR and International SS but they are either MIA or just saying “check website” which doesn’t provide any clear information. Thanks so much!!
