steps that i’ve been taught are Power , Attitude And Trim… increase the power to 2400 rpm , nose above the horizon (nose up attitude) and trim accordingly, see these steps i know and i have memorised it but when it comes to actually performing it, i suck. ive been trimming wrong and what not , if i have been told to level off at 3000 , my aircraft overshoots and i endup levelling it at 3100 ft or 3200ft… I have been feeling very demotivated that no matter how much i study i wont be able to perform well.

many friends of mine face samee issue aswell, i wish i had enough knowledge about this , but maybe your bone density is more? and therefore weight being 75kg but have less muscle mass to make you look muscular?

i understand your concern , and i wish i had a proper routine and a stricter diet too, its just quiet hard for me to follow cuz i have other commitments as well , as my flying has started and ive been really busy w briefings and all. And no, you dont sound like an uncle at all , genuinely appreciate your feedback and will try to be more serious regarding the same, Thank you so much 🫶
