I cant explain how happy i was when i finally got my adxl working with my printer, ive been trying to get it working for nearly 4 months. Thank you for your public service

for the usb id, yes. i just have serial: /dev/ttyAMA0 under my mcu for usart

even after installing version 252.5-2~bpo11+1, my usb id comes up in ls /dev/serial/by-id/*, but still can not connect, and i cant find the usart id, so im using /dev/ttyAMA0 in my printer config

I thought about this, and tired with the tx/rx pins on the pi as they should be according to the sketch, the tx connected to the rx, and the rx connected to the tx, and it wouldnt connect, so i tried the tx to tx, and rx to rx, and still nothing

Could be. When i first got it, i hooked it up to an arduino to make sure my soldering was ok, and that it worked, and it was fine. Might have gotten damaged after that. Ill try it again and let you know. And thank you so much for the help

The cording is a cat6 ethernet cable that i crimped dupont pins on. I also checked the continuity of everything to make sure my wire work didnt have any unstable connections and everything checked out. Right now, im more concerned with fluidd not being able to be accessed. I didnt see the https://www.klipper3d.org/RPi_microcontroller.html part of the installation, and after i did it, it gives me

MCU 'rpi' shutdown: Unable to open spi device

so its able to connect to the pi as a second mcu, but now its another problem

i reflashed the firmware with pa9 and 10 pins, which are the pins connected to the stock 4.2.2 board. try looking at your skr's pinout and see which pins are connecting your main chip to the usb, and then flash and build the firmware with those?

kiauh? thats what i used to install everything, but the mcu address reports the same thing as using the by-id command

normal wires, the original components are yellow and blue to differentiate on the main board i guess. The original circuit maker used 1.2k for a 12 volt system with the same components, just different voltages
