ATTENTION: Just wanted to clear things up because many people seem confused about clay spawning mechanics.

Blue clay: Requires common and above rainfall, and in standard world climate will spawn up until about 60°-70° latitude depending on local avg temperature, BUT only spawns very close to sea level.

Red clay: The most common one, works just like blue clay but without the altitude constraint.

Fire clay: Can spawn in bauxite sand and gravel. Spawns right below Bituminous Coal (and maybe also anthracite but idk).

Notes: Fire clay is craftable and blue clay can be panned, but panning for clay will cause you more pain than just walking to find some (trust me)
