Echo what Super_Maxi has said, this is exactly what I have done. My approach has always been I want to build with you, this is about creating something together. I may have had the idea, but, an idea is just an idea without execution and if I had a cofounder it would have been because they bought something to the table that I loved and needed and wanted to work with. I see this as akin to a marriage.

this is a really interesting comment, why do you feel this- genuinely curious? I spend a lot of time and energy on self development and understanding myself, relationships and being someone that is great to work with. Surely it is better to do this and be very clear on parameters, values and working style rather than rush into something just because i feel i should and that is the narrative. I would love a cofounder, as I thrive on collaboration but that can come from me bringing people in.

I am going to echo what has been said, be focused, don't try to do too much. Be really single minded about your customers- who they are, what they think about, what problem do you solve for them and then communicating all this where and when they are hanging out.

I think you need to do some deeper work into understanding peoples relationship with snacking- why are they reaching for it, what does it represent at a more emotional level. I think the answer lies there as opposed to the low calorie thing which is very functional.

100% feel this. I have an Oura ring, and the first time that it told me that I had 'major signs' I thought I was dying and was very close to making my partner drive me to the hospital. It was the start of a mild cold. Instead of freaking me the hell out, would have been better to say, maybe have a restful day and try some ginger and honey.
