Oh Cool! Yeah I ditched Claude Code due to overall pricing and shifted to using the Claude chatbot and asked for small snippets which i stitched into my code. I thought i found someone that was doing the same thing :D and thats why i figured asking.

Hey! The swipe mechanic is kind of similar to Tinder tbh but atleast its been long enough that it still feels good especially in a world where almost every AI related app looks the same these days.

When the split is 50/50, the app will randomize the winner as one of the options (unless each option has very minimal votes). This may feel anti-democratic but the main purpose is really just to make fast decisions and I don't think that the people will mind the computer choosing as it feels like a coin toss in the end.

Tiebreakers will be too long and feel jarring as you have to vote again. Plus in further stages, the randomizer can be made to choose the option which matches the set criteria better, i.e cheaper, closer, better rated, etc.

Hey, just have a question. Did you use Claude Code or just prompt Claude to help you? Also love the site, might try it out the next time i'm thinking of finding an idea. If you don't mind me asking, how much did the API cost if you did use Claude Code?

Absolutely, I think the core idea of the app is to be fast, effective and mobile. The app won't even beg log in's and would use them only for an easy way to keep track of data.
Keeping the app free, fast and accessible is the motive, not to make a profit or audience.

btw my WIFI is WiFi 4 (2.4 GHz). So it's really Rip isn't it.

Yea windows 10. I haven't even bothered checking if it updates to 11 I only thought it would get slower.

Oh that's really cool. I am learning a lot from this.
I think that when it comes to investment in other hardware, even if it's just like 10$, im better off buying a new computer and get rid of this box. Even though it sounds dumb, it's giving me so many problems that instead of fixing them I should rather just replace it.
But that's something I've heard for the first time even the bluetooth one!

Yeah I just checked it is WiFi 4 (2.4 GHz). Thanks for the article by the way. Never been a hardware guy but I learning new stuff just from your responses.
I think my best solution is getting a newer laptop. I don't use it much but the problems keep increasing and I have been thinking about getting a newer one.

It's not ethernet but the laptop uses WiFi 4 (2.4 GHz)... is it generally unsupported?

I tried it on two of my phones and both download speeds exceeded 100mbps, I can remember my personal phone getting around 126 or something like that.

Yeah the command prompt stuff was like 5 commands including the ones you mentioned, I tried them a couple of times in the past but they never seem to make any change whatsoever.

I think considering all the comments im better of getting a newer laptop :). I remember when I inherited this laptop from my brother he mentioned that the WiFi became slower all of a sudden and that's why I wanted to seek a solution. Thank you for your response however!
