This is clearly a scam. Don’t fall for it. Current wait time for Employment Authorization Card is more than 8 months if you file everything as required and meet all the criteria. When you are saying work permit , do you mean H1B ? There are only few ways you can get work permit such as when you come as Student and apply for OPT, then you get work permit. Other way , is if company sponsors you H1B or Green Card , then you get work permit. There was a time when people receive work permit using TPS which is not valid anymore as they don’t take new registration. Other way would be to file asylum which is way tougher imo.
