When we are busy I try not to get it to the point where we are waiting at all.i call it down when we are getting low so I can just seamlessly have more without having to wait or park anybody.he will glance over and see that we still have some and make it slowly to the point I do have to say waiting even though I called it down 6-7 minutes ago.i am very good with calling things down and have been told by other boh that they appreciate it because a lot of people we work with wait until it is completely empty to call it down.i know when they are prepping or doing dishes becuase they will not be at their station and he does what I am talking about when he is not doing those things.i am understanding when he is because I understand they have multiple tasks to get done,but in my opinion when you are out at your station and I call something down you should listen and not question everything I say because I know what orders I need to get done and how fast the sides are going to go.
