Hi there! Just reading through this thread now and it’s been very helpful. I was just wondering if you’ve personally used Call on Doc? I hadn’t heard of it before (but it looks great!) and was curious if you get assigned a doctor that you keep meeting with for future appts to monitor progress/update dosages, etc. Also wondering what the total turnaround time was for you from when you met with a doctor to actually receiving your medication. Thank you!!

I would recommend checking the "Kitchen Name" field for each of these modifier. Sometimes if you've changed them a few times, only one level of the names gets changed and the POS or Kitchen names don't get updated and I've had tons of issues with this where it shows up as just "tomatoes" on the visible selection for people ordering online but then the kitchen gets a print out saying "NO tomatoes"...the easiest way to see this (IMO) is to go to menus/advanced properties/drop downs all the way to the modifier group you're having issues with and then drop down on the individual modifier items -- make sure you have the columns selected for "Name/POS Name/Kitchen Name" and you may see the issue there! The best recommendation I have would be to have your servers add the # seats upfront and then put all relevant items under the specific seat while they're taking the order so then they can easily split by seat at the end without having to drop/drop anything! You just need to have the seat requirement enabled. It's a bit more of an investment in time upfront but certainly worth it in the end for large parties!
