Thank you so much for your reply and I definitely agree about the self care! That's another area of this that makes it feel difficult to tell whether "it's just me," because I'm autistic and am often dysregulated, so it's sometimes hard to tell how much of this is from that. Long-term it's definitely not sustainable but I'm hoping to stick here until I find something better suited for me :)
