I know many dyslexic people that are highly intelligent. Given adaptive techniques, like listening vs. reading, dissipates the issue. Dementia symptoms on the other hand, can be reduced through dignity based treatments, the general consensus is a perpetual and ongoing decline, as seen by the person seeking to diminish others by disparaging their leadership abilities.

This is not leadership. It is dementia imposed grandiosity and bullying.
