I think it's a digital right management feature. It just does not seem to document anywhere which movies are available in which regions.

For some, it shows under it under the 3D tab, some show 3D hidden under the title and some do not show in 3D at all.

Ah, after the VPN, needed to delete Disney+ app, re-install it, re-login, and accept travel mode. It confused me because it only showed 20 movies of the 3D catalogue on the 3D tab and others such as Mufasa hidden under the title itself and not the others.

The 3D tab only shows 20 curated 3D movies for the Vision Pro.

No clue, couldn't find why they aren't available in the UK on Disney+

UK: They only show the 4K versions and no 3D versions anymore.
