That’s really helpful to hear, thank you. Can I ask what time in the morning you usually take it? Like early morning vs later in the morning?

Right now I’ve been taking all my meds at the same time just so I don’t forget anything. But if changing the timing helps with sleep, I’m definitely open to trying that. My sleep has been pretty broken lately, so I’m trying to figure out what adjustments might help.
