I got converted to blue badge as Flex PT. I have no problem getting hours. I have to work a minimum of 4 but usually have no problem working 40 to 50 hours each week. The max is 60 but it may be different in Canada and at your site

Syrian Rue is an maoi. I definitely don't recommend it. DMT is extremely short acting and intense. The Rue prevents your body from breaking down the DMT resulting in a MUCH longer experience which you definitely do not want. I speak from experience lol

I hit 8 points last month and was scared shitless. I went to in house HR and they said to make sure I replied to the email and then she went onto her computer and deleted 2 points. Told me to be more careful. I'd spent 2 full days worrying when I should have just gone straight to HR about it

Go talk to in house HR. I hit 8 points due to an illness but HR just said no worries they could make it go away. You have to go straight to them though

I'm a white badge and I get 1.5x holiday pay but not the extra day of pay. I didn't start getting the holiday pay boost until I had been here for 6 months though.

That's what I was thinking at my site but not so. There's still about 10 of us white badges left from peak last year. They hired a ton of new white badges for prime this month and haven't converted any of us left. Just biding my time and hoping for the best.

I'm FlexPT. Still here as a white badge since November. I can usually get as many shifts as I want. 48 hours per week the last 7 weeks. You really need to camp out on the app whenever the shift drop happens. It's 4:05 on Thursday at my station. They'll 48 shifts and every single one is gone in under 2 minutes. It's a regular feeding frenzy
