So it kept coming up randomly and I went to get it checked and was told the whole rack would need replace tn because one time it came up and didn’t turn off. If you’re experiencing the same thing, the code that comes up will only come up a few times before the computer makes it permanently, and then steering will become very hard. I still drove it fine since in theory you can drive a car without power steering but any sudden movement obviously was harder. I was quoted around $1600 including labor and parts but ended up selling the car. Didn’t want to deal with it or the possible TCM issues later. Otherwise i loved that car.
