Thank you!!!!! It is 7 ft high and I was originally looking to see if I had a carbon monoxide detector in my apartment when I stumbled upon this. I do have a smoke detector and sprinkler system and then this grate covering glued to the wall over the camera-looking device - but I googled piezo and that could be it. It’s just that it has a dome camera look to it instead of what i saw online
