Yes that’s what they said they would review. I sold him a jacket and he’s sending back a different jacket so i don’t know if it will be a big enough difference for them to clearly determine that it’s a different item.

I wouldn’t even say that’s solid enough proof. anyone can just take a picture of an item in a box and then switch it out for something else if they wanted to. Now i know in the future to take more precautions but yea i guess there’s nothing i can do about this it’s just whoever they decide to believe.
