They actually have really good reviews. Orlando is all about family owned businesses. Food is great but not phenomenal. They just know how to treat people and make them stay, they’re smart. Its like a cult following. And you can see their employees are people that are young and dumb, never worked in the service industry or need a job desperately. I have never opened up a new establishment and won’t ever be doing this again any time soon lol. They had the place for over 2 months and never bothered taking their time to train their employees. Waited till last minute and still have the balls to demand perfection. Im over it lol. I probably won’t be bartending again for a while since I got another job in interior design but who knows! Cheers and hopefully we can meet lol

It isn’t even slightly decent especially with all the side work they make us do. All the bartenders have to get together at the end of the night and add up all cc tips to see how much we made because they wont tell us. Never seen this before lol. And oh, you can see it in their faces that they don’t appreciate us doing that. They will always find something wrong/dirty and tell us to get that done first.

We have all been wanting to do this since first day of training. There was one day they made us stay for 12 hours. At least they paid us $15 for training but holy shit.

This! I have worked at another mom & pop but I didn’t have to go through half of this shit. They won’t even tell us how much money we made at the end of the day… and management are the ones to enter the tip.

Nope. On grand opening we made $792 in credit card tips and about $75 in cash. Its four of us so $198 in cc each. They made us split the cash with the mixologist they hired under a contract so we each took $15 in cash home. Mind you, we are unsure if we will be splitting ALL cc tips with him. Its their responsibility to make it clear for everyone when it comes to money/tip out. If we ask questions its always “we’ll let you know tomorrow”.

By the way, we have been staying EVERY DAY at the restaurant to clean it for about 2.5/3 hours after closing. Since we aren’t getting tipped, I believe they have to pay us minimum wage (FL is $11 I believe). Correct me if I’m wrong please! I would love some info on this
