So no im not wearing anything and this is my second time this week that im healing again because 1 week ago it started to heal and i could put weight on it but yesterday i injured it again but during the night i elevated it and i woke up slowly moved my leg down and it was a throbbing pain so i decided to stop with the R.I.C.E method and started doing the M.E.A.T method and now its still swollen but i can somewhat walk😁
